How do I get started with my free trial?

  1. Download and install your chosen software from the software download page.
  2. Download and install the Filmworkz License Manager (FLM) also from the software download page.
  3. Within the Filmworkz License Manager (FLM) add the free trial key that you will have received via email when you signed up for the free trial.
  4. Your chosen software should now be licensed for your free trial.

How do I activate my software?

  1. Purchase a subscription key directly from this website, contact one of our sales advisors or contact one of our global partners.
  2. If you have not already taken a free trial, download and install both your chosen software and the Filmworkz License Manager (FLM) from the software download page.
  3. Within the Filmworkz License Manager (FLM) add the subscription key that you will have received immediately via email when you signed up for your subscription, or from our sales advisor/partner. (Note - if you have previously activated a free trial, adding the subscription key will effectively overwrite your free trial key.)
  4. Your chosen software should now be licensed to run for the duration of your subscription.

What applications do the OFX DVO plugins work on?

All seven of the OFX DVO plugins (DVO Essentials) are compatible with DaVinci Resolve™ 16 and above, Mistika Boutique V8.8 and above, Scratch V9.2 and above. The DVO Essentials plugins can also be accessed within all versions of Nucoda.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept payments from Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Google Pay and Apple Pay (on mobile) securely handled by Stripe, or PayPal. If you would prefer to receive a pro-forma invoice (available on custom plans only) then please contact a sales advisor.

How do I renew or extend my subscription?

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the existing subscription period, unless cancelled. Renewal of an expired subscription is treated as a new subscription, please follow the “How do I activate my software” steps above.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you don't want to stay subscribed, you can cancel at anytime. You can continue to use any subscribed product for the period you've already paid for. After that time, you will be unable to use the tool(s) until you re-subscribe.

How many computers can I use Filmworkz tools on?

Filmworkz tools use node locked licensing, therefore each subscription entitles you to one instance of that tool which can be deployed on a single machine. Licenses can be transferred between machines during your subscription period using the license revocation and redeployment process.

Can I use Filmworkz tools on a system without internet connectivity?

COMING SOON: V2 of the Filmworkz License Manager (FLM) will allow the creation of licenses for air-gapped machines.

I think I have found a problem with one of the tools. How can I submit a report about the problem?
